Ruptly Academy logo

Free online course in practical journalism

Our position

Since its launch in 2013, Ruptly has become renowned as a training ground for new and young journalists. That’s why we know that for Gen Z, working in journalism is an opportunity to tell the world what matters to them. And what matters to them matters to the future of all of us.

Global problem

Unfortunately, when the pandemic hit 2020, such opportunities closed to almost all media students and graduates.

Exclusive solution

That’s why we created Ruptly Academy, a bespoke suite of web content intended to remotely replicate the training and advice that interns and junior reporters can expect to receive when they first join our newsroom. So the best of the best wouldn't miss the whole year and their chance to become voices of their generation.
